Malvern hill

This project was a remodel and presented several challenges resulting from the original layout of the house and location of its mechanical and plumbing systems. The original home had extensive drop ceilings on the ground floor. We removed and raised the ceilings where possible and designed + fabricated a series of custom, wood clad soffit lights to turn the dropped ceilings into a feature that brings light, warmth and definition to the space and creates a common design thread that ties together the whole ground floor from the new custom fireplace, through the entertaining area to the kitchen.
